16. He's pandering by trying to compare himself to Eisenhower

Eisenhower would probably be considered a Democrat today. The tax rate on people who made over $400,000.00 during Ike's term was 92%. McCrory ain't no Eisenhower. I'd liken him more to fascist dictator Mussolini.
