I was really hating this state for a while (the NC GOP has a way of doing that...), but thousands of North Carolinians embracing Moral Mondays has helped restore my faith.

14. We had probably several hundred tonight in Chapel Hill. Mostly middle aged and older, but

some younger folks.

The Raging Grannies made an appearance and were terrific. Lots of energy from the crowd.

We had an emergency yesterday -- elderly neighbor passed out/had mini-stroke -- that set off a big chain of events and I missed it. Gotta check my Facebook/Twitter feeds for reports, pics, etc.

Raleigh N&O carried a report and photo--on-line--estimating 400-500 attended Chapel Hill event. It was packed.
