Where do we find numbers on how many ballots got tossed?

Subject line: Out of Precinct ballot data.

Dear Sir or Ma'am:

It is my understanding that in this past election any ballot cast in the wrong precinct would be discarded. I'm writing to ask when and where data will be made available on the number of out of precinct ballots cast and then discarded, as well as any data about the number of people attempting to vote in the wrong precinct who were redirected.
