No idea. (Just don't let Heath Shuler get any ideas. )

I guess Brad Miller would be another likely candidate, based only on NCGA Democratic leadership positions?

Not only is he smart as a whip, but he's got a great sense of humor. He would run rings around Burr in a debate. Burr is on the armed service committee, but Jeff has actually fought in Afghanistan.
