IF you or your partner is on oral contraceptives, diarrhea CAN limit effects of BCP

https://www.dispatch.com/story/news/healthcare/2026/07/16/columbus-doctors-answer-questions-about-ohio-cyclospora-outbreak/90927045007/

snip-What are the symptoms of cyclosporiasis and how can I get treated?
The most common and intense side effect of this stomach illness is explosive, watery diarrhea. Health experts are urging people to take this symptom seriously due to the risk of severe dehydration, especially in more vulnerable populations like elderly people, children, pregnant women and those with disabilities or chronic conditions."

Other more common symptoms include:

Loss of appetite
Weight loss
Cramping
Bloating
Increased gas
Nausea
Fatigue
Less common symptoms may include:

Vomiting
Body aches
Headache
Low-grade fever
Other flu-like symptoms."

more there.

I am now second guessing my diet from the last 2 weeks.

and have not purchased any more.

Rinsing any veggies that will not be cooked in near boiling temp ( stir fry, etc ) with a diluted vinegar wash, peeling all veggies like carrots and cucumbers. only eating cooked tomatoes, potato, etc.

This has become a real problem everywhere now.
Attending a wedding this weekend and no fresh vegetables will be on the menu.
They are afraid no one will eat them due to this issue!
