I am now second guessing my diet from the last 2 weeks.

1. I threw out my one remaining pre-made salad

and have not purchased any more.

Rinsing any veggies that will not be cooked in near boiling temp ( stir fry, etc ) with a diluted vinegar wash, peeling all veggies like carrots and cucumbers. only eating cooked tomatoes, potato, etc.

2. I used a new vegetable brush & scrubbed watermelon, sweet potatoes & russets.

This has become a real problem everywhere now.
Attending a wedding this weekend and no fresh vegetables will be on the menu.
