Part of the problem in NE Ohio is that neighboring communities don't work together ... they take businesses and their tax dollars from each other. And businesses take advantage of it ... and make bank. They pay really low taxes or few taxes while making use of the community's public services.

And of course in Ohio we MUST fund education largely on local property taxes cuz why oh why would we rethink education funding (even after it has been court ordered for how many years?)
