Norman Oklahoma City Councilman Against Bullying Proclamation

David Spaulding, ward 5 councilman in Norman Oklahoma has refused to vote in favor of an anti bullying proclamation saying the word bullying has been hijacked by the gay community to further their agenda.

I swear, in defense of my community we are by and large, a bit more sane than the rest of Oklahoma but this makes us look like knuckle dragging idiots!

Where do these people get this stuff!
