4:E17 (New Oklahoma Congressional Maps & the Art of the (R) Gerrymander)

The new map for U.S. House districts in Oklahoma finally came out for public view just before the vote on it and it's pretty much as you would have guesses. They kept Tulsa county pretty much in tact. But Oklahoma County? Split up into 3 of Oklahoma's 5 Districts. Gerrymandered? It might be, this week on Across the Desk.

1. Pretty easy to draw lines when your party has 2/3 of the vote

Looks like the only change at the congressional level will be to go four safe red seats and one pretty safe (R+10) district... to locking up all five seats being safe R - with the most competitive being R+24
