All Oklahoma Republican Congress members vote no on bill capping insulin prices

The U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill to cap the out-of-pocket cost for insulin at $35.

The measure passing 232-193 last week.

Five of those that voted no on the 'Affordable Insulin Now Act' were Oklahoma congressional house members.

Oklahoma Representative Markwayne Mullin calling it a 'socialist drug pricing scheme', but when the Trump administration announced a similar plan, Mullin praised the idea.

capping the cost but I do have to wonder how it would be legally enforced as surely the courts would throw out anything that looked to cap the price that a company wants to set on a product it makes?
