John Fetterman replies to silly "inflation" tweet of Dr. Oz

John Fetterman @JohnFetterman
US Senate candidate, PA

To honor Dr. Oz’s love for crudité and Wegners (and also because it’s my birthday) we’re launching this NEW limited edition sticker 👇👇

Make a donation of any amount + it’s all yours 🥰

Because it's actually just a veggie tray

In case you missed it, Dr. Oz posted this silly campaign video, complaining about inflation:

So the joke is that nobody in Pennsylvania would ever call it "crudites."
Why would Dr. Oz ever think that? To us it's a Veggie Tray, or maybe it's Beer Snacks.

Also he got the name of the store chain wrong. It's not "Wegners." The store chain is either Wegmans or Redners, but "Wegners" is clearly wrong.

And it’s the anti-Wegman’s, basic and no frills. I see that one sells beer and wine, our local Redner’s does not. That’s still a real novelty for us PA folks.

I've heard of Wegman's, but I've never been inside of one. I don't even know where Redner's stores are.

Our store chains in the Pittsburgh area are Giant Eagle (the biggie) and Shop N Save.

I think ShopRite is the big grocery chain in New Jersey. Am I right?

Mostly eastern and central PA. The one here in my town is closing very soon. They carried a lot of PA Dutch products that Giant doesn’t have and I’ll miss the store. Redners didn’t go into the home delivery/store pickup business and I think that’s what killed the one here.

Call it a veggie tray. So out of touch. What next? A video about how much Perrier water costs?
