Judge hints he may block PA Voter ID

http://www.philly.com/philly/news/pennsylvania/20120926_Judge_hints_he_may_block_Pennsylvania_voter_ID.html
"I'm giving you a heads-up," Commonwealth Court Judge Robert E. Simpson Jr. told lawyers after a day's testimony on whether the law is being implemented in ways that ensure no voters will be disenfranchised. "I think it's a possibility there could be an injunction here."

Simpson then asked lawyers on both sides to be prepared to return to court Thursday to present arguments on what such an injunction should look like. There is no hearing Wednesday because of Yom Kippur.

he's a fucking repuke appointee and is just giving the appearance of being fair and impartial...you can't trust anyone who was once or is a republican as far as I am concerned...I have never voted for a repuke in my 32 years of voting and never will!

The PA SC gave him some pretty strict instructions. I think he may very well block it until after the November election.

I just don't trust repukes to do their job, do what's right or anything with integrity..in fact when I hire I try as hard as I can to fugure out their political leaning and if I at all think they might be a repuke, into the trash bin goes their resume.

He is now asking the lawyers to tell him "what such an injunction should look like". Then he won't be "responsible" for any decisions that come from this. Jesus. What are we paying this idiot for? I could do his job if this is how it is done!

Oh, and this is really exciting news.

and leave the rest intact. If that is the case, he actually would disenfranchise MORE voters. Let's see if this Republican appointee cares more about voting rights or his corporate masters.
