Need a new place to Rent: Looking for DU help

I live in the New Castle PA area. Need to find another place to rent since this landlord basically is flipping out on us because HIS place is falling apart.

Our lease is up in January and I am looking to get a place line up. I am looking for a one or 2 bedroom place. I NEED All utilities included in the rental price and is pet friendly. My wife is debating on putting an ad in the paper.

We won't trust code enforcement after they said this guy we are currently renting from was a good landlord.

We are willing to pay $550 - $600 That is the most we can go.

go to craigslist then find your state, then the area of the state and go from there. I'm in the 'burgh so a little too far south for you + our building isn't pet friendly.

The local housing authorities will often have a website or printed listing in their office of owners who accept section 8 vouchers. Owners on that list often include most or all utilities in the rent, because some housing authorities require that any utility which isn't separately metered has to be included in the rent. It's a good list to get for that reason, even if you don't have a voucher.

Good luck with your search.
