2. 20 years of Republican gerrymandering

As far as I can tell, most of the worst teabaggers are from rural areas in western and central PA.

Most of the Republicans from eastern PA are fairly moderate.

A 30-something female teabagger was elected from northeastern PA, and then someone distributed a video of her with a bong, and coming close to kissing another woman. It became a criminal investigation after someone threatened to release more stuff about her if she didn't support marijuana legalization.
