In comparison, PA's teabagger-in-chief thinks that state funding of public transportation is "welfare." That line is from Daryl Metcalfe, who controls a large block of the PA. House.

Of course, public transit is vital for people to get to work.

Lazy people need to work harder so they can get their own SUV's and stop using tax wasting "public transportation".
