I'm sure this investigation was started a long time ago (before Kane took office) - why didn't the PA. Attorney General's office prosecute this guy? These allegations have been around for years.
Why didn't the PA. Attorney General prosecute the corrupt "kids for cash" judges in Luzerne County?
Why didn't the PA. Attorney General's office prosecute Vince Fumo - who was a "target rich environment" for investigation for over a decade before the feds charged him?

(18,219 posts)If they cannot see the black eye that so many of these cyber schools are giving the education system, I don't know what will make them open their eyes. I have no doubt that there are many more snakes in that grass.
