Sick. Instead of "Cash for Kids", Now it is "Kids for Convicts" inside a PA. State Prison

This is a medium security state prison constructed from a former state hospital south of Wilkes-Barre. It is the same county where the "Cash for Kids" scandal occurred with corrupt judges getting millions in bribes to help shut down the county juvenile detention center and then to send kids guilty of very minor offenses to a for-profit prison.

by the title of that article, I cannot even open the link to read about this. All I can say is that this is one of the most despicable things I have heard in years.
