Corbett Admin goes to court to try block order to release 644 pages of their emails about Sandusky

http://triblive.com/news/adminpage/6799378-74/records-emails-corbett#axzz3DRcp2GYb

The Open Records Office ruled that the state law requires that the emails be released. The Corbett Administration has gone to Commonwealth Court to try to get that order overturned, so the emails can stay secret. These are emails to and from Corbett Administration officials about Sandusky during 2011 and 2012.
