Chief Justice of PA. Supreme Ct. calls fellow Justice a "sociopath"

This whole situation has spun out of control. Chief Justice Castille will be forced to retire within a year, because of his age.

There is a long-standing feud going on.

This latest incident arose when Dem. Justice McCaffery (a former Phila. cop) was found to have used his personal email account to send some pornographic and dirty joke emails to a long-time friend (who also was a former Phila. cop) who worked in the PA. Attorney General's office. Those emails were then spread by men in the Attorney General's office to each other on the state email system.

1. Justice McCaffery (R) suspended over porn emails. That is the headline.

We need to put political affiliation behind the judges names since they are also for sale to billionaires like the politicians, overwhelmingly on the R side, because having no morals or principals is now a Republican requirement and those kind are most likely to be corrupted.

2. Actually Castille is a Rep and McCaffery is a Dem

Several other justices wanted to send the matter to an independent disciplinary board that was already exists to investigate conduct of judges. Castille wants the Supreme Court to investigate the matter by itself.
