East Nashville Hope Exchange July 7 Lemonade stand to benefit Humane Association
The students of East Nashville Hope Exchange have been learning about business and giving back! For the second year, ENHE students will have a lemonade stand in front of Turnip Truck - East (701 Woodland St.) on Friday, July 7th from 11:30am-1pm.
Students have been preparing for the lemonade stand by creating a business plan, creating job descriptions and schedules, conducting research and experimenting with different recipes. After polling their parents, students decided to offer fresh squeezed regular lemonade and strawberry lemonade options. The students voted and decided to let all proceeds benefit the Nashville Humane Association.
The students named their business ENHE Freshly Squeezed Lemonade with the slogan Lemonade Fresh. A glass of freshly squeezed lemonade is only $3!
East Nashville Hope Exchange is a non-profit literacy program for at-risk kids in grades K-4.
