Judge denies Gov. Bill Lee's request to ban activist Justin Jones from state capitol

Jones appeared in court for a hearing Thursday morning after the state filed the motion earlier this week.
According to court documents, the district attorney’s office sought to ban Jones from the Capitol grounds and require him to wear a GPS ankle monitor to track his movements."..
