TxDOT: Interstate 20 near Ranger to be closed later this month
Interstate 20 east of Ranger will be closed from Aug. 26 to Aug. 28 so road crews can repair the bridge at Loop 254, according to Spokeswoman Darah Waldrip.
Eastbound traffic will be detoured at exit 349 and will follow Loop 254 through Ranger, then re-enter I-20 on the east side of town. The closure is planned from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night to avoid disrupting traffic during the day, she said.
