Abbott referring to Senator Wendy Davis as a, "Retarded Barbie," is part of the rape culture of the GOP in my opinion. Seems as if the GOP think they can do anything they want to women, and get away with it.

State to operate its 2013 Legislature. According to Senator Davis, the GOP squandered away the taxpayer's money with early partisan politics.
