Texas Oil & Gas Files TWO Lawsuits against Denton Voter's NO FRACK Referendum

Saying Denton voters overstepped State Law.
Also saying the Railroad Commission regulates Oil & Gas, not local municipalities. Statement made by Jerry Patterson, Texas Land Commissioner. Didn't the young Bush spawn just win this Seat?
