San Antonio News Poll: Do you agree with Greg Abbott's decision to sue President Obama?

http://www.mysanantonio.com/home/poll/previewpoll-974.php

It started out as 65% No and 35% Yes eight hours ago.

Now the poll shows 86% No and 14% Yes. Way to go Greg Abbott: not only do you lose in court, but you lose in the public polls also. Why will Texas have to put up with this clown for four years?

And they're lawyers.

The Constitution sets out what the Feds can do and what the states can do.
And there is undoubtedly case law on executive orders that applies. When I took Constitutional Law they told us nothing about executive orders

As Bill Maher said, "Greg Abbott is a man in a wheelchair who is against the Americans with Disabilities Act".

Truly a hypocrite.

Although I think there was a not-so-subtle message that that the editors were sending by clicking "No" to President Obama.

and I really don't think that the repubs won. Election Fraud is what I thought at the time. And I still think that is the case.
