Clinton campaign signs, adjacent property vandalized in Waco
The morning after the final presidential debate, an elderly Waco couple found their Hillary Clinton campaign signs vandalized and the sidewalk in front of their home defaced with anti-Clinton messages.
I wasnt surprised by this, homeowner Windel Dickerson said. We all need to get along in America, despite political differences, and I guess I will have to get out there and clean this, but not right now.
Dickerson, who is retired after 55 years as a forensic psychologist, said he and his wife have lived in the neighborhood near New Road and Bosque Boulevard for about two years and put out two signs supporting Democratic congressional candidate Bill Matta and two signs supporting Clinton, the Democratic nominee for president, and her running mate Tim Kaine.
The two Clinton signs were vandalized with white spray paint during the overnight hours after the Wednesday night debate, and large handwritten statements, including Benghazi, NO.TO. Corruption, Lies, NO Trust, and You Are Wrong were spray painted on the sidewalk outside the couples home.
