I spent an entire day almost comparing it with the numbers put out by each county. They are saying dozens of counties have less than what each individual country is reporting.

Plus they aren't reporting a large majority of infected inmates in the state prisons.

So, not only does Texas still not have enough tests, but they are lying about the positive, by several thousand, I estimate.
