I hope she gets a boost from some of the larger Democratic groups. With enough media exposure, she has a shot at replacing Cornyn.

Texas republicans tend to do this a lot, and I call it the, ‘the rick perry effect.’

There was a game I used to play in the early aughts whereby I would ask random peeps I knew who was the governor of our state. I got so many blank stares or people starting to say george dubya. It was a phenomenon that would remain for like the first three years perry was in office.

cornyn fits into this classification - he doesn’t stick his neck out for anything other than what wealthy donors and tRump’s rnc want at any given moment.

Texans and all Americans would be better off if he was no longer in the senate doing tRump’s bidding.

Hopefully MJ will benefit from the down ballot effect as a result of the Blue Tsunami. Single digits means she's within striking distance.

I like MJ's comment re: Texans' BS meter

He does alot of feel good stuff..(nothing to do with how he votes..although he is sponsoring Juneteenth as a federal holiday..knowing that the senate won't pass it..LOL)

Pence is much more outwardly divisive.
