1. OMG!!!!

2. No black hats.

I remember hearing complaints when the young drugstore cowboys started wearing black hats and were called posers and worse. Then the bull riders started wearing them and today, it's common.

When I was in college all the cowboys wore black hats.

6. Now I'm going to have to watch "Bus Stop" to survey the color of the hats being worn.

I wasn't aware that black hats were considered bad form once upon a time.

Full disclosure: I love wearing cowboy hats. I have some black ones. True to form, I was at the Walgreens on Monday afternoon, wearing one of my cowboy hats, although it wasn't a black hat.
