That's exactly what needs to happen. Let these assholes know this isn't an absolute monarchy in spite of what they may think.
And then find a way to prosecute their asses for crimes against humanity or something similar.
Those fuckers should be thrown into a medieval dungeon.

To my knowledge they have never ruled for Texans, always businesses and corrupt politicians like Ken Paxton, who should be in jail awaiting trial.

Up held means they let it stand. In this case they up held the mandate.
Which will last until the Texas Supreme Court gets its hands on the case.
