2. What is smokable hemp?

Excuse my ignorance, but doesn't hemp come from a different part of the plant, and not the part that contains THC or CBD?

3. The 2018 Farm Bill.

When this bill was signed into law in late 2018, it federally legalized all Hemp products which contain less than 0.3% Delta 9-THC (the illegal one). And with huge advances in Hemp science, scientists have figured out how to concentrate the Delta 8-THC content in Hemp while at the same time minimize the Delta 9-THC content to under the legal limit. This leaves us with a Hemp extract oil that is anywhere from 90%-98% pure Delta 8-THC, while keeping the Delta 9-THC percentage at essentially 0%.

That's why Delta 8 is legally salable in the US... at the moment.

7. I've never tried, but I always ask people what it makes them feel like when I learn they tried it.

They said it makes them feel relaxed. Which I don't understand if they don't feel high. I don't know, but ever since they legalized CBD there literally is a CBD shop on every corner.

On every corner, I mean. I can deal with being relaxed. But I really worry about what they are actually selling. Snake oil, anybody? I wish I could be like my friend who recently died, who grew a couple of plants in her yard. Anna Madrigal, anybody?
