Any way to ensnare antiabortion crisis centers with new law?

It seems that one of those fake clinics could be on the receiving end of a lawsuit should they provide aid for a pregnant woman who uses the aid to help procure an abortion. I don't know a lot of people who would be able to do this or who would know someone, but it would potentially throw a cog in the wheels if the courts decide to let this stick.
