3. I'd rather see it done through legal means. Like NY coming up with a law that

says anyone who aides and abets lobbyists faces a $10,000 fine if turned in by the general public. See how short a time it takes the supreme court to rule all vigilantism illegal. Someone suggested that here.

here in chicago a bunch of surgical nurses got the equipment, and trained others, and would do abortions. there was a phone number, and you called, and asked for jane.

i believe it spread to other cities, but i believe it started here in chi.
