reconstruction treatment for women after a mastectomy, saying it was cosmetic and therefore elective surgery. So yhy can't there be pressure put on insurance companies to deny payment for regeneron treatment if the pt is unvaxed?

Gee, it's almost like the insurance companies want our healthcare system to fail!!
