Gov. Herbert in Canada for weeklong trade mission
SALT LAKE CITY — Utah Gov. Gary Herbert is in Canada this week for a trade mission.
Herbert, state economic development officials and representatives from Utah businesses are scheduled to visit York University, Ryerson University and a cluster of tech and innovation companies.
While there, they're supposed to promote Utah business and tourism and learn about Toronto's efforts to promote engineering and entrepreneurship.
Herbert arrived in Toronto on Sunday. He's scheduled to return to Utah on Thursday.
