As of 4/10 Virginia Redistricting Referendum voters skew female (54.6%) and lean modeled Dem (55.8% D vs. 39.2% R). The electorate is predominantly White/European (about 70%), with a meaningful African American share (13.1%) and smaller Hispanic (3.2%) and Asian (2.8%) populations. Geographically, turnout is concentrated in high-density suburban and urban counties like Fairfax, Loudoun, and Virginia Beach, indicating a coalition driven by suburban voters alongside core urban centers.
