Trammell Releases Quarterly Fundraising Report.
Campaign moves into final weeks in strong financial position.
Jack Trammell, candidate for Virginia's 7th congressional seat, released today his Federal Election Committee (FEC) campaign report, demonstrating solid and aggressive fundraising and a campaign on good footing.
"The challenge in modern day campaigning is the ability to raise sufficient funding to do all of the things necessary to reach voters through television, radio and mail. I believe we've accomplished this task. Voters around the 7th district will have heard my message of ending a Do Nothing Congress, protecting our seniors and restoring common sense to Washington," Trammell said.
In his October 15, 2014 quarterly report, requiring candidates to show what they have raised between July 1 - September 30, 2014, Trammell's campaign reported $280,110.41 raised with $275,930.03 cash on hand.
Of the $280,110 raised 77 percent of contributions were from individual donors who have $200 or less. Only four percent of Trammell's donations came from outside organizations known as a Political Action Committees (PACs).
