Confederate Flag on Winchester City Council agenda
WINCHESTER, Va. -- The Winchester City Council held a meeting open to the public and they allowed residents to comment on how they feel about the confederate flag being on the city's seal.Residents of Winchester crowded into the council chambers at city hall. Each person had three minutes to voice their opinion in a heated discussion.
