New to Virginia

I just moved to Richmond about a week or so ago.

What type of voter information does Virginia mail to voters? I've lived in CA, AZ, and NY - CA and AZ send much better voter information than NY does. Does Virginia send out a sample ballot or any pamphlets about what is on the ballot?

Welcome to the Oooold Dominion. Actually it's Blue but there are a lot of old elements here like the Times-Disgrace newspaper.

it does that any more. There is a website for voters:

https://www.elections.virginia.gov/

It's too late for you to register -- the deadline was Oct. 15.

Got here on the 15 but didn't know if I'd get here in time and didn't want to deal with it after 4 days of driving.

You used to be able to look at a ballot specifically for you at their website, https://www.elections.virginia.gov/ , but not anymore. Now I see that you need to review various lists to see who and what will be on the ballot.
