As a last act of desperation, Momma kangaroos are digging holes to put their Joeys in to escape the #AustraliaFires. These 7 were lucky. They were rescued. But they'll never see their mothers again. THIS IS #CLIMATECHANGE!

Yes, these sweet-looking babies were so very lucky.
I read that dogs were helping save wildlife by finding them - seems as if they'd be ideal to help find these little buried critters.
The situation there is just heartbreaking.
