Inslee loosens indoor dining restrictions, but it's too soon for some restaurateurs
Some restaurateurs in Washington will not be opening up even as Gov. Jay Inslee ushers the state into Phase 3 of the reopening plan, which allows restaurants to open at 50% capacity.
The reason: vaccinations. Many restaurant owners are waiting for their workers to be fully vaccinated. Restaurant workers aren't eligible to be vaccinated until Wednesday.
