Tumwater woodworking business announces profit sharing for workers
Mar. 11Custom Source Woodworking, located off Old Highway 99 in Tumwater, is set to roll out a profit-sharing program for all employees next week, the business announced.
Profit sharing will begin at 2.5 percent of profits for this year. Profits will be distributed to every employee quarterly and are estimated to be over $100,000 in addition to regular wages.
"Once I can hand profit-sharing checks to my employees, I'll consider this business a success," owner Joe Wadsworth said in a statement.
Custom Source Woodworking got its start in 2006. Since then, it has expanded from smaller projects within the area to providing high-end custom woodwork throughout the U.S.
