lighting up sky, reminds me of the ones we used to have in Illinois.

I should be in bed but am up so I can listen to the rain.
We rarely get so much thunder.

4. I'm watching from my covered front porch.

I've seen a lot of lightning that are just flashes of light, but tonight I'm seeing a lot of the "zig-zag lines." One I saw went parallel the length of the I5 bridge.

I'm in AWE!
