providing the service and register your car VIN. When you plug in the charger queries the car for the VIN, and it is then billed to a CC on file.

Depends on how easy they make the sign up process. In the EU you could log into the site, upload your VIN and CC, then plug in once your CC is verified. The tricky part is typing the VIN
