Amber Alert: 7-year-old boy missing from Auburn

A missing 7-year-old boy is believed to be with his mother who recently made statements of taking her son "to heaven."

Devin Owens of Auburn was last seen at 11 a.m. on Tuesday. He's believed to be with 41-year-old Kara Owens.

Owens could be driving a red 2015 Toyota Highlander with the license plate number of ATR7710.

Kara Owens was recently diagnosed as bi-polar.

Devin is white and has blonde hair and blue eyes. He is 4 feet tall and weighs about 60 pounds.

Kara is white, has brown hair and green eyes and weighs about 165 pounds. She is 5 feet 7 inches.
