Voting rights

I watched the WI Senate yesterday for 3-4 hours. The Democrats were expounding on how the Repubs are scamming voting rights by making it harder for students, seniors and veterans to vote. Most of the Repubs were not even in their seats to hear this. Sen. Jouch gave a very impassioned speech and was almost in tears about this.
The Repubs want to cut the number of voting hours and want to make absentee voting very hard to do. The Repubs rationale for this is they want the state voting areas to all be the same. It's almost impossible because the areas are so different.
The Repubs don't care and will get their way.
