Robin Vos is a petty, spiteful little man

http://bloggingblue.com/2014/11/robin-vos-is-a-petty-spiteful-little-man/

If there is a smaller, more petty, more spiteful human being in Wisconsin than Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, I haven’t met him or her.
President Obama’s visit to the University of Wisconsin last month could prove costly.

The new Speaker of the State Assembly says UW’s decision to cancel classes for the President’s visit is something he will remember when they submit their budget request next year.

Rep. Robin Vos (R-Burlington) says his motivations aren’t political, but he warns that every decision the University of Wisconsin makes has an influence on its funding.

I love how on one hand Vos says he’ll remember the university’s decision to cancel classes for President Obama’s visit, while in the same breath saying his motivations aren’t political, because apparently he thinks people are too idiotic to make the connection.

His remarks here will surely be remembered by the Obama Administration.

and know that it shouldn't. Natural disasters should be met with bipartisan relief. I know the republicans don't think so, but then they are assholes.

12. Robin Vos is the image and embodiment of the term "spiteful little prick."

Robin Vos is an angry, ugly little person with a gigantic grudge against academia. This is the foul little person who derisively referred to research at the UW as studying "the ancient mating habits of whatever." He's always wanted power, ever since his grade school days when he looked up to Reagan as a personal hero and role model. This is the classic little weasel who probably got picked last for everything in gym class, had no friends, was made fun of, and now by god he's going to get his revenge against those know-it-all academics.

Nothing worse than an angry little jerk like Vos with power. But this is the Walker way. Scott Walker is a master at making his extreme ideas seam like reasonable, common sense solutions to everyday problems, because he comes across as fair, likeable, the guy next door who would mow your lawn for you if you were away on vacation. Meanwhile, there are little assholes like Vos, and Steve Nass, and the Fitzgerald brothers, who carry out the real work of demonizing public employees, the university system, K-12 educators- anyone who the Republicans need to provide a "bad guy" who everyone needs protection from.

Reagan had the Soviets, Bush II had Al Qaeda, and Scott Walker has Wisconsin State employees. Robin Vos is their willing asshole who relishes the job of demonizing the "enemy" Smug little prick knows almost half the state hates him, but there's fuck anyone can do to stop him. Lots of Republicans love Vos simply because he's so good at pissing off people like me. And yes, I am a UW System employee.

about his biases & prejudices. Egocentrically he thinks the world should be seen through his corrupted eyes.
