That's if the GAB were to rule that Republican protest candidates were not allowed to run as Democrats, it could have a big impact on the recall ballot.
A Milwaukee lawyer is preparing a first of its kind challenge, and WISN 12 News has learned it could come first thing Thursday morning.
On the front lawn of Gladys Huber's home, right next to the no trespassing signs that kept WISN 12 News cameras out, were signs supporting Scott Walker.
Yet the Republican Party has enlisted Huber to run against Walker as a Democrat: a protest candidate.
