Related: About this forumWisconsin: Imperial Walker Voids Local Control (voids Milwaukee's paid sick leave ordinance)
From Blogging Blue.
Small government conservative my ass.
Gov. Scott Walker signed into law Thursday a measure that voids Milwaukees paid sick leave ordinance that was passed by voters in a referendum and upheld recently by the state Court of Appeals.
Walker, in Milwaukee on Thursday for the annual Governors Prayer Breakfast at the Italian Community Center, went to offices of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce offices to sign Senate Bill 23. The bill will pre-empt local ordinances from requiring businesses to provide paid sick leave to employees for family, medical or health issues.
Apparently, if you stand with Walker you stand with Big Government Intrusion into Local Issues.
Here's what Walker had to say, per the Milwaukee Urinal/Sentinel.
"This law removes another barrier in the road to creating 250,000 private sector jobs by 2015," Walker said.
This prick's gotta go. Recall election will be June 5.

thing about their hero now. No matter even if he wins reelection I think he is going to jail. I think he is the John Doe they are talking about.

I have a very low confidence in an entirely clean election.

I can understand some people being so completely short-sighted, mean spirited, and ignorant, but half the voters in Wisconsin?
