FYI... I know it's tempting, but please make sure everyone you know is aware that in Wisconsin it is ILLEGAL to post images of your completed ballot on the internet. Please make sure everyone you know is aware. I fully expect the jackholes to try to screw with us in whatever way that they can.
The violation is a Class I felony, punishable by up to 18 months in prison and a $10,000 fine:

Wis. officials unknowingly break law with Facebook
By DINESH RAMDE
Associated Press
MILWAUKEE (AP) -- High-ranking members of both political parties were unaware that posting photos of completed ballots on Facebook or Twitter is illegal in Wisconsin, and they promised to quickly take down the posts Friday after election officials reminded voters of the law.
The law bars voters from showing their completed ballots to anyone. The intent is to prevent people from selling their votes and then showing their ballots as proof they voted as requested, Wisconsin Government Accountability Board spokesman Reid Magney said.
But some voters - including Wisconsin Democratic Party Chairman Mike Tate and St. Croix County Republican Party Chairman Jesse Garza - were unaware that the posts violated state law. Tate and Garza said they were immediately taking down photos of their absentee ballots.
The warning comes ahead of Wisconsin's heated June 5 recall elections targeting Republican Gov. Scott Walker and five other elected Republicans.

(51,666 posts)taking the pics down does not negate the criminal offense. It's far more serious a crime than MJ possession, so they need to direct major LE resources to this. Perhaps the suspects need a good tazing before they are arrested and thrown into jail and perhaps forgotten about for a week or so.

(2,354 posts)Your freedom of expression is trampled (has no one ever heard of Photoshop, whatever's posted online would be meaningless in a court of law), but it's not illegal to declare your voting machine software is "private property" so your privatized 'service' to the community can never be subject to close inspection or to any kind of controls for cheating -- or outright theft of elections.
Laws like this could only have been passed by utterly gullible, ideologically dogmatic technical illiterates.
