Related: About this forum32nd Senate Republican candidate Bill Feehan was an obnoxious jerk during the Saturday (10-20)
Prairie du Chien Oktoberfest parade. He was skedaddling in a disruptive manner through our Democratic contingent instead of being with his float during the entire parade.
I was marching and drumming with my Dem brothers and sisters and witnessed his "performance" up close.
Feehan almost ran into Senator Jen Schilling as well as 96th Assembly candidate Tom Johnson's wheelchair.
Many of the people attending the parade noticed what an obnoxious jerk he was being during the event.
I speak only for myself-I think the mailer about his past abuse of a woman fueled his personal demons, again.
Tomorrow night my Senator, Jen Schilling, and Mr. Feehan will debate at the Cartwright Center, Port O' Call room on the UW-LaCrosse campus at 7 p.m.
Pass this on, be there if you can.

(26,083 posts)alaska accepting some small business award, Dan Kapanke and the LaCrosse repubs had enough people there early (in addition to the Rovelike UW-LaCrosse Young Republicans) to fill the Port o' Call Room. An overflow was in the Student Senate Room 339 which experienced all sorts of technical difficulties including the loss of transmission from 2 stories down.
My Senator is experienced in that venue! It was interesting for those of US there-including 96th Assembly candidate Tom Johnson.
Feehan was insensitive and seldom answered (or understood) the questions imo. The audience had some provokers in it too.
